Return & Refund Policy

Physical Merchandise (Books & Apparel)

• Returns: You have 2 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Consulting & Seminars

• Cancellations: See terms of agreement.
• No-Shows: Fees for seminars are non-refundable for no-shows; however, a credit may be issued for future sessions at our discretion (see terms of agreement).
